• Profile information: Skills, experience, and job preferences you voluntarily provide
• Usage data: How you interact with the platform (page views, clicks, feature usage)

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

• Provide and improve the RubberGhost platform
• Match candidates to jobs using our intent-matching algorithm
• Communicate with you about your account or service updates
• Maintain platform security and prevent fraud

Anonymous Pseudonyms

A core feature of RubberGhost is anonymous candidate representation. During the evaluation phase, candidates are identified only by generated codenames (e.g., "Frosty-Blue-Wolf"). Real identities are revealed only after both parties agree to proceed past the shortlist stage.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect demographic data (race, gender, age, etc.)
• We do not require photos at any stage
• We do not track your location beyond what is necessary for service delivery
• We do not build advertising profiles

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share data only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, payment processing) under strict data protection agreements
• Law enforcement when required by law

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
