Agreement

By accessing or using RubberGhost, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Description of Service

RubberGhost provides an anonymous hiring platform that connects job seekers with employers using intent-based matching and anonymous candidate pseudonyms. The platform generates match scores and shortlists based on the information provided by both parties.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Misrepresent your skills, qualifications, or identity
  • Attempt to de-anonymize candidates or employers before the shortlist reveal stage
  • Harass, discriminate against, or threaten other users
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform's systems
  • Use automated tools to interact with the platform without authorization

Subscription and Billing

Poster accounts are billed monthly. A 7-day free trial is available for new Poster accounts. After the trial period, your selected plan will be charged. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

No Performance Guarantee

RubberGhost provides matching scores and candidate shortlists based on the information provided by users. We do not guarantee:

  • That any match will result in a successful hire
  • The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of match scores
  • That candidates will respond to interview requests
  • That employers will hire any candidate presented
  • Specific outcomes, timelines, or results from using the platform

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." You use it at your own risk.

Errors and Omissions

RubberGhost is not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in match scores, candidate profiles, job listings, or any other content on the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Incorrect skill assessments or match calculations
  • Incomplete or outdated candidate or job information
  • Technical errors in the intent-matching algorithm
  • Delays or failures in processing applications

Users are responsible for independently verifying all information before making hiring or employment decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RubberGhost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RubberGhost from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the RubberGhost platform are owned by RubberGhost and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
